Day 6 - Estella to Los Arcos - free wine fountain
Just out of Estella is a winery that provides free wine to pilgrims. 100 litres per day of red wine. It helps to take the pain away. If you drink enough you forget that your back hurts or you have a sore toe. We loved it as did our fellow pilgrims.
Day 5 Puenta la Reina to Estella
Yup bikes also do the Camino. Isabel decided to cheer them on at the top of a steep section.
Day 4 - Alto del Perdon
A wrought iron representation of mediaeval pilgrims, heads bent to the west wind.

Day 4 Cizur Menor to Puente La Rena
One of several memorials to pilgrims who have died on the Camino.
Day 2 - Roncesvalles to Larrasoana
Pilgrim meal - 10 Euros each for 3 course meal with red wine. This is the entrée.
